When I started my agency I didn’t know how to run a business or manage customers. I really wanted help with laying the framework for my business and setting up the system.  I have met half a dozen consultants through my local networking groups, mostly sales guys that signed up for some “business coach in a box program” or “conscious business mastery course” that had zero practical knowledge about running their own business. Enter C project. I connected with Cristina at a KVK event. In the follow-up, she was very open about the expertise she can bring and areas that are better left to other experts. The first session was free, (which I found refreshing) and I walked away with  valuable advice on business models that I could apply myself right away. I signed C Project and Cristina & team did a fantastic job in helping me set up (most) of my business, from brand strategy to processes, IT platforms and business plans. The support I got from C Project was very practical and provided me with a focused approach, which led my business to break even at the 4th month mark.    

My company is B2B in an industrial industry and C Project were very helpful. They provided various spreadsheets and stuff to better track cost and margins and helped me as owner to adjust things to get better profits. Marketing was nonexistent and the area I knew the least about. Cristina from C Project provided a defined methodology to follow, with processes that allowed us to lay out roles and responsibilities, checks and balances to reduce management time, etc. Ultimately there was a drastic reshaping of the business to streamline and reduce my duties and time investment as the owner. We have now a marketing person and a simple process in place to review our sales, build ideal customer profiles and ways of .telling our story. As owner, I am now much more clear about what I’m responsible of and actually good at (sales and budgets), and what needs to go to someone else.

This was a great course to take and the instructor was very good at facilitating and making sure that we were comfortable with the material, had questions answered, had enough breaks, understood the concepts, and really encouraged the group (small and larger) discussions that we were asked to participate in. I was hesitant since I’ve had some exposure to the Agile model, but not a whole lot, but did not feel that I could not keep up or participate with the others in the group.

I really enjoyed this LEAN course. Not just because Cristina was funny but because she was able to be a really good teacher and communicate a lot of information and not lose her sense of humor. It was very evident that she had a lot knowledge of her topic but she was able to make it not be as scary and area as it could seem to some of us.

During the 2-day workshop in Amsterdam, we explored the underlying principles of Lean Change Management and put these into practice with tangible exercises. Before the training everyone was asked to complete a survey that assessed knowledge about Agile and change management.  The exercises I liked the most was the one building a duck with LEGO. During this exercise, we discovered it’s possible to create 18 unique ducks by using only 7 LEGO bricks. Nobody created exactly the same duck! 

If you are involved in (Agile) change management and/or organizational development; this is a course I can definitely recommend!

Attended an CM workshop facilitated by C Project and saw how the structure of such a change management trajectory goes in an organization. The group was pleasant, the content of the training very interesting. The only downside may have been that we ran out of time, but that didn’t bother anyone! Highly recommended!
