When I started my agency I didn\u2019t know how to run a business or manage customers. I really wanted help with laying the framework for my business and setting up the system.\u00a0 I have met half a dozen consultants through my local networking groups, mostly sales guys that signed up for some “business coach in a box program” or “conscious business mastery course” that had zero practical knowledge about running their own business. Enter C project. I connected with Cristina at a KVK event. In the follow-up, she was very open about the expertise she can bring and areas that are better left to other experts. The first session was free, (which I found refreshing) and I walked away with\u00a0 valuable advice on business models that I could apply myself right away. I signed C Project and Cristina & team did a fantastic job in helping me set up (most) of my business, from brand strategy to processes, IT platforms and business plans. My company is B2B in an industrial industry and C Project were very helpful. They provided various spreadsheets and stuff to better track cost and margins and helped me as owner to adjust things to get better profits. Marketing was nonexistent and the area I knew the least about. Cristina from C Project provided a defined methodology to follow, with processes that allowed us to lay out roles and responsibilities, checks and balances to reduce management time, etc. Ultimately there was a drastic reshaping of the business to streamline and reduce my duties and time investment as the owner. We have now a marketing person and a simple process in place to review our sales, build ideal customer profiles and ways of .telling our story. As owner, I am now much more clear about what I\u2019m responsible of and actually good at (sales and budgets), and what needs to go to someone else.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

I signed up with the most recent round of coaching, and had my final session last week.<\/p>\n

I signed up for the free session and I got a very good first impression of how this works.\u00a0 Later I picked days\/times that worked for me and I just hopped onto Zoom every week at my designated time.<\/p>\n

While I feel like I’ve made good progress with Cristina, we’re not blasting through my traumas (if there are any?).\u00a0 I’ve found it to be very helpful and help me organize my life better and find what will make me happy (still a work in progress though). Cristina helped me work through barriers on a more macro level to eventually get into the nitty gritty.<\/p>\n

I think it was worth the money. I originally signed up with the idea of this being my step towards therapy. So far I feel I gained something from talking to another unbiased human for an hour for 8 weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

I worked with Cristina for 5 months. Made very good progress, I can highly recommend her! My coaching program with Cristina lasted for 3 months. I had such a good experience because I had a very specific problem I was trying to solve: progress in my career. The more specific you are, the better someone can help guide you (especially someone who is basically a stranger). So Cristina asked me to do some pre-work and think through what my goals are for each coaching session rather than walking into it as a free-form discussion. I experienced Cristina as a neutral, guiding force. Her value is that she was not up in my mess. This was a great course to take and the instructor was very good at facilitating and making sure that we were comfortable with the material, had questions answered, had enough breaks, understood the concepts, and really encouraged the group (small and larger) discussions that we were asked to participate in. I was hesitant since I’ve had some exposure to the Agile model, but not a whole lot, but did not feel that I could not keep up or participate with the others in the group.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

During the 2-day workshop in Amsterdam, we explored the underlying principles of Lean Change Management and put these into practice with tangible exercises. Before the training everyone was asked to complete a survey that assessed knowledge about Agile and change management.\u00a0 The exercises I liked the most was the one building a duck with LEGO. During this exercise, we discovered it\u2019s possible to create 18 unique ducks by using only 7 LEGO bricks. Nobody created exactly the same duck!\u00a0<\/p>\n

If you are involved in (Agile) change management and\/or organizational development; this is a course I can definitely recommend!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
